Sonia and Matilda have demonstrated outstanding teamwork and dedication in supporting our new young person. Through excellent communication and a proactive approach, they have built a strong and positive relationship that has helped create a supportive environment. Their flexibility in covering shifts at short notice, often in challenging circumstances, highlights their commitment, reliability, and professionalism. Thank you both for your continued support and exceptional teamwork.
Mallie-Mia Kirkbride
Mallie-Mia Kirkbride was recognised as Employee of the Month for February 2026 in appreciation of her exceptional dedication and commitment. In a short period, she has built strong, meaningful relationships with young people, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and a positive approach to her role. Courtney Mashazhike
Courtney was recognised as Employee of the Month for March 2026 in celebration of her well-deserved promotion and outstanding contribution to the team. Her calm and supportive approach has had a positive impact on YPs, helping to create a stable and nurturing environment. Courtney’s professionalism, dedication, and ability to provide consistent support make her a valued member of the team and deserving of this recognition.
Precious Samson
Precious was recognised as Employee of the Month for April in recognition of his outstanding dedication and hard work at Harmony House. He has consistently gone above and beyond by taking on extra shifts to support the team and ensure high-quality care. His commitment to helping a new young person settle into Harmony House has made a positive impact, demonstrating reliability, teamwork and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Kayode Tijani
Kayode Tijani was recognised as Employee of the Month for May 2026 in recognition of his exceptional dedication and commitment to supporting a young person in his role as a driver. He consistently went above and beyond, prioritising the needs of the young person and ensuring they received reliable, continuous care and support. His professionalism, selflessness, and willingness to make personal sacrifices for the wellbeing of others have made a significant impact and reflect the values of our organisation.
Fatima Ahmad
Fatima Ahmad was recognised as Employee of the Month for June 2026 in recognition of her exceptional reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning. She consistently supports her colleagues, demonstrates a positive attitude, and takes initiative in her role.
